A "document" is one invoice, bank transaction, or cash register report. Volume is set at the quote stage and reviewed once a year.

Registration included. The bundle pays off if the company is VAT-registered (€2,400 for the year against €2,440 separately); without VAT, paying separately is cheaper (€2,080). After the first year, standard pricing applies: €150/month, €180 if VAT-registered.

What's not included
- Notary fees for other acts (for example a share transfer) are paid directly to the notary. For company registration a notary in Bulgaria is included in the €280 price; a notary or consulate abroad, the apostille and any translation are paid by the client.
- Bank fees for the company's current account
- Taxes and social security contributions, which you pay to the state
- Legal services outside corporate registration (litigation, labor disputes)
Frequently asked questions
Are the prices VAT-inclusive?

No. Prices are excl. VAT. If we are VAT-registered on the invoice date, we add 20% VAT. VAT-registered companies can deduct it as input tax. For consumers, the price in the quote is final and includes all taxes.
Can I pay annually?

Yes, an annual prepayment of the subscription gets you a 10% discount. If the contract ends before the year is over, we refund the payment for the unused full months after the notice period; the months already used are recalculated at the price without the discount.
What happens if I have more documents than agreed?

We notify you if you consistently exceed the volume by 20% over three months and offer to move to the next tier from the following month. Never retroactively.
