Hello! For more than 15 years I've been helping Bulgarian and international businesses navigate Bulgarian and EU financial and tax law with confidence.
In 2008 I graduated from the University of National and World Economy (UNWE) in Sofia — the country's leading economics university — with a master's degree in Accounting and Control. I went straight into practice: I started as a junior auditor at a large consulting firm, where within a few years I became a lead financial expert. In my first 7 years I ran dozens of full-scope audits and learned the tax details of industries ranging from IT to international trade.
I'm convinced that a modern accountant isn't just someone who files declarations with the NRA on time, but a reliable strategic partner who helps optimise costs and protect a business from risk.

Every company has one accountant who signs the declarations and answers your questions. No handoffs between operators.

Price, scope and deadlines are in the contract. Changes only by written agreement, never backdated.

Methodology of the "Bulsmetka vs. the typical firm" comparison
On 20–22 August 2026 we reviewed the public pricing pages of 12 accounting firms in Sofia and Plovdiv that offer company registration and subscription accounting for small businesses. We checked: whether a final price is stated, whether state fees are included, whether the currency and VAT are shown, whether an office visit is required, whether a responsible accountant is named, and whether there's a timeline guarantee. The list of reviewed sites and dates is available on request at office@bulsmetka.bg. The comparison is a general summary, not a claim about any specific firm.
Who we don't work with
We don't take on companies seeking "optimisation" through fictitious invoices or hidden profit distribution, we don't serve gambling-licensed activities, and we don't accept backdated documents. We say so upfront, to save time for both sides.
