How we work, month by month
- 1
Handover
We take over documents from your previous accountant, or start from scratch for a new company. We check balances and filed returns.
- 2
Monthly rhythm
By the 5th, we receive your documents (by email, cloud, or photo). By the 14th, we file VAT; by the 25th, payroll and social security.
- 3
Reports
A monthly report on revenue, expenses, taxes, and balances — in plain language, not just a trial balance.
- 4
Annual close
Annual financial statements, annual tax return, filing with the Commercial Register by 30 September — included in the subscription.
Online accountant for businesses across Bulgaria
We serve clients in Sofia, Plovdiv, Varna, Burgas, Ruse, Stara Zagora, and smaller towns the same way — documents arrive electronically, and meetings are online or by phone. There's no surcharge for clients outside Sofia, and no need to bring folders to an office.
Changing accountants
It's most convenient from the start of a month or quarter, but we also take over mid-year. We request a trial balance, analytical account balances, copies of filed returns, and access to the VAT ledgers from your previous accountant. We complete the review within 5 business days and give you a written list of any discrepancies found — before we take responsibility for the period. Your existing contract usually requires one month's notice.
Pricing without surprises
Indicative, based on the tariff as of 3 September 2026; the written quote is fixed for 12 months.
Get an exact quoteThe base price of €150/mo. covers a company with up to 30 documents and up to 2 insured persons. Volume is reviewed once a year, not every month. The annual close is part of the subscription, not a "13th payment." Full pricing with surcharges: Pricing →
